Malbec, Syrah / Shiraz , Zinfandel
The Full Review
Everything about this wine is big except one thing, the acidity. It’s inky as hell, the alcohol is high and the first thing your nose encounters are the aromas of dark berries and stewed plums. Once it’s on the palate though there is a good amount of acidity that brightens the wine up a bit. It’s a good last minute pick up on the way to the BBQ if you see it on the supermarket shelf.
