Ferran Lacruz farms 8 hectares of vines in small village of Sant Marti Sarroca, in the larger Penedès area. Instead of making the region's popular Cava, he produces unique still wines with native varieties. This bottle is made from the rare Carignan Blanc grape with 30 days of skin contact. The wine opens up with notes of dried herbs and citrus peels and offers a great texture on the palate.
