Big Table Farm Pelos Sandberg Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021 Review
Clare Carver and Brian Marcy are still building. They started in 2006 and to this day source from vineyards across the valley expressing Pinot Noir in different forms. This is one of their more juicy offerings and it's a hit. The nose is punchy with ripe cherry, a dollop of vanilla, and oak. The palate is chewy and vibrant. The depth is felt on the mouthfeel while still exhibiting good natural acidity.
