Bedrock Wine Co. Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Review
Bedrock Wine Co. is a beast. California native Morgan Twain-Peterson and Staten Island native Chris Cottrell source fruit from vineyards across California — from as far south as Lime Kiln Valley in San Benito up to Mendocino County. Every vintage and every wine is unique. This is their Sonoma County Cab. The nose is full of blackberries, spiced wood, and earth. Concentrated fruit and oak flavors are framed by great acidity and good grippy tannins. Perfect for steak night.
