Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Review
Notable for its high-rye mash bill (believed to around 30 percent), this bourbon has a delicate nose and light, approachable palate. Don’t read that as lacking in character, though. This easygoing bourbon serves a range of dried apricot, cedar, and black pepper flavors, followed by a fresh, fruity finish.
