Azienda Agricola Summer Wolff Ette 2022 Review
Winemaker Summer Wolff produces two very unique wines in the Monferrato area of Piedmont, Italy. This skin-contact bottling is made from an obscure table grape called Baratuciat. This hard-to-find variety is one to seek out for the wine geeks out there. It's fragrant on the nose with notes of white flowers, crunchy apples, ginger, and green tea. The palate is lean and refreshing, but finishes with a slight grip.
