Astrolabe Wrekin Chenin Blanc 2023 Review
Sauvignon Blanc thrives in Marlborough, New Zealand but originates in the Loire Valley of France. Well it turns out that Savvy B’s fellow Loire Valley variety Chenin Blanc also does well here. This wine pops with aromas of orchard fruit and wet rock minerality. The palate is soft and round with some salty bistro butter notes. The acidity is prominent, but well-balanced by the depth of fruit.
