Antinori Family Antica Napa Valley Chardonnay 2017 Review
Although the alcohol in this wine hits just over 14% it comes from true mountain fruit, resulting in a nice rich and clean Chardonnay with pear notes and vibrant lemon-lime vibes under a layer of hawthorn (earthy and briney). This is all due to great acidity with the oak exposure giving a comfy sweet wood note and French butter from the malo. The creamy texture of this wine, along with good acidity, makes for and well balanced wine.
