Aldina Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Review
Aldina is an homage to Francisco Lopez and Monica Lopez’s parents Al and Dina Lopez. Not only do they have a winery but they are the proprietors of one of Bacchus Landing, a beautiful food and wine-tasting establishment featuring all things Sonoma. And their wines are fantastic. This Cab is so plush and smooth. But not right away. It helps to let it open for an hour (but keep sipping to watch it evolve). The nose is full of classic blackberry fruit and a distinct earthiness. The palate is soft and deep with an excellent structure. This wine can age, but can also be enjoyed now with some decanting.
