The first 2,000-bottle run from this newly launched small-batch mezcal line comprises a blend of Espadín and Tobalá agave. Serving an approachable, inviting experience, the spirit kicks off with a perfumed bouquet that leads into an attractive flavor profile. Rich berries and violet petal aromas define the nose, with charred green chile and refreshing cucumber leading the charge on the palate. This is attractive and enjoyable sipping mezcal.
