Adami Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Vigneto Giardino Asciutto Rive di Colbertaldo Dry 2020 NV Review
This bubbly comes from the Rive (certified small area of sloping hills) Colbertaldo in the hills of Valdobbiadene. The wine has the focus of the spot of land the grapes are harvested from. It has a nice attractive nose giving off citrusy feels. The acidity is vibrant and fruity, lifted to the brain by good, tight bubbles. This Prosecco has some depth.
