Abbazia Di Novacella (The Abbey of the town of Novacella) has been in production since the 12th century in the region of Alto Adige in northern Italy. The Augustinian monks who steward the abbey make thoughtful, delicious wines at an incredible value like this Pinot Grigio. It has a full and round palate with joyful saline qualities that burst through the fruit. It is refreshing and deep at the same time.
