This X.O. ages for 25 years in Limousin and Troncais oak barrels before release — a full 15 years longer than the legal minimum. The aromatic profile reaches new heights compared with other X.O. bottlings, taking you on a journey from dried fruits to complex oak to nuanced notes of evolution. The palate offers a rich caramel and toasted nut core, and arrives with considerable concentration given its 40 percent ABV content.
