While Scotland may be most famous for Single Malt whisky, there is abundant evidence that whiskey was actually invented in Ireland, and it’s here that you can find some of the best single malts available on the market today, and at the best value to boot.

Join VinePair contributor and Whiskey Expert Aaron Goldfarb as he leads us on an exploration of Irish Single Malts and follow along as Bushmills ambassador, Jack Ferris demonstrates how to make a seriously delicious chilled Irish coffee and a signature single malt cocktail that’s guaranteed to impress.
