The wonderfully light, floral nose of Cachaça, the Brazilian spirit made from sugarcane, finishes with fresh, grassy flavors. It’s the perfect foil for tart lemon juice and bright hibiscus syrup in this fun, frothy sour.
Ingredients
1 ½ ounces Cachaça
1 ounce lemon juice
¾ ounce hibiscus syrup
1 egg white
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake to chill and combine.
Strain out ice, and then shake again to emulsify your ingredients and create a rich froth.
