Made with Cachaça, the refreshing Caipirinha it Brazil's national cocktail. The cocktail's exact origins are unknown, but it is a century old.
- 2 oz Cachaça
- 1 ea Whole lime, in wedges
- 2 tsp Extra fine white sugar
- Combine all ingredients in rocks glass.
- Top with crushed ice.
