With none of the blush hue but all of the flavor of a classic Cosmopolitan, this citrus-scented cocktail combines zesty liqueurs with two types of blanc vermouth, white wine, and whole milk for a fuller mouthfeel. The result is a clear cocktail that will have you feeling rosy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Ketel One Citroen
- 0.5 oz Nardini Cedro
- 0.25 oz Italicus
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Whole Milk
- 1.5 oz White Wine
- 0.25 oz Dolin Blanc
- 0.25 oz Lillet Blanc
- 0.25 oz Vanilla & Lemon Leaf Syrup
- 1 oz White Cranberry
- Pinch Saffron
- GARNISH: Lemon Coin
Directions
- Stir and Strain
- BATCH NOTES: Batch Ketel One Citroen, Nardini Cedro, Italicus, Lemon Juice, Whole Milk, White Wine and leave to separate overnight, filter, then add remaining ingredients and bottle.
