With the holidays just around the corner, your event calendar has probably already started filling up. This is the season to reunite with friends and family near and far — which makes it the perfect time to celebrate with your favorite cocktail.
Tequila — the Unexpected Spirit of the Winter Season
As temperatures drop, you might be inclined to trade in your go-to tequila drink for a bourbon or whiskey neat. But this holiday season, we propose you shake up tradition and consider all the easy ways you can incorporate a sophisticated sipping tequila into your holiday repertoire.
Mayenda tequila offers a unique warmth and complexity that can rival any traditional winter spirit. Its rich flavors and rounded finish make it ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail, providing an alternative to the usual cold-weather libations.
5 Holiday Occasions to Enjoy Mayenda
There are many holiday toasting occasions where you can incorporate tequila, but here are a few of our favorite ways to celebrate with this classic spirit.
1. Winter Solstice Celebration
Mark the longest night of the year on Dec. 21 with a Mayenda Reposado tasting celebration. Featuring amber hues and a well-structured flavor profile, it easily complements the dark night sky.
This tasting event is perfect for a catch-up with friends old and new, creating a distinctly cozy atmosphere. Send out the invites with a start time at sunset. In the Eastern hemisphere on Saturday, Dec. 21, that should be at 4:43 p.m. (just 8 hours and 55 minutes after sunrise).
Mayena Reposado’s warming flavor profile makes it an ideal sipper for a chilly, dark evening.
