Ingredients

Directions

Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with drops of chili pepper and roasted sesame oil.
*Infused Vermouth: 40 grams dried whole morita chiles, 750 milliliters Bianco Vermouth, sous-vide for 2 hours.
