Tampa may be best known for its Gulf Coast sunsets and Cuban sandwiches, but for those with a well-trained palate and a thirst for a well-balanced spritz, this city is quietly becoming a sun-soaked haven of cocktail culture. Whether you’re in search of a rooftop escape or a lush urban jungle, many Tampa hotels and hotspots deliver the ideal ambiance for sipping that perfect effervescent blend of bubbles, bitters, and citrus.
And lately, there’s one spritz in particular making a splash — the Le Moné Spritz, a bright, low-ABV cocktail made with equal parts Le Moné Meyer Lemon Apéritif and Prosecco, redefining aperitivo hour across the city.
If you’re looking to drink a spritz on a sunny patio or rooftop in Tampa, consider these fabulous spots.
The Tampa EDITION

Inside this chic Water Street hideaway, The Tampa EDITION is serving up serious cocktail energy. The Le Moné Spritz is the unofficial drink of golden hour at the Lobby Bar and rooftop lounge. Crisp, citrusy, and endlessly drinkable, this take on the spritz fits right in with the EDITION’s aesthetic — sophisticated, modern, and effortlessly cool. Sip poolside under the palms, and you’ll see why this refreshing pour is becoming the drink of choice for Tampa’s stylish set.
“At The Tampa EDITION, we offer a range of exceptional experiences for spritz lovers,” notes Tural Hasanov, Director of Beverages at The Tampa EDITION. He highlights a menu they recently launched, called “The Americas” — offering a cocktail journey across North America. “It celebrates the diverse ingredients and spirits of the continent, starting from southern Mexico, traveling through Florida, California, Kentucky, New York, and into Canada. We have spent a great amount of time and research on this menu to make sure what we create is worth representing those places.”
Concrete Jungle
Welcome to the Jungle! Concrete Jungle isn’t just a name — it’s a living, breathing blend of natural textures, tropical foliage, and urban edge. Nestled in the heart of Tampa, this boutique hotel and bar blurs the line between nature and nightlife. If you’re looking for the best tequila in the city, you’ll find it here. Order the Sacred Spritz and pair it with Concrete Jungle’s dreamy, Instagram photo-ready backdrop for that perfect vacation selfie. Best of all, they have a spritz for everyone in your party, and their Lychee Spritz is the perfect mocktail for those who might want to hold the alcohol. Made with lychee syrup, pineapple, lemon, rosemary, and grapefruit soda , it goes splendidly alongside an order of their chef’s choice charcuterie.
“Concrete Jungle is a vibrant two-story cocktail lounge and tapas-style restaurant that features Tulum-inspired craft cocktails and plates,” notes General Manager Mariah Thies. “Whether dining in our breezy upstairs bar and restaurant or dancing the night away in our jungle-inspired basement lounge, you are sure to find great vibes and delicious cuisine.”
Mariah notes their new cocktail menu will launch on May 15 “featuring a fusion of traditional Mayan ingredients that meet colorful tiki-inspired classics and bring our tropical jungle to life.”
Hiatus Hotel

True to its name, the Hiatus Hotel feels like a break from the everyday. A breezy, retro-inspired retreat, this under-the-radar gem knows how to nail the golden hour vibe. Sielo, the rooftop pool bar, is the place to find both locals and travelers hanging out in Clearwater. It turns into an aperitivo lounge as the sun dips low, and it’s where bartenders serve up spritzes to a relaxed crowd sipping in cabanas or poolside. Breathtaking panoramic ocean views complement a Caribbean-inspired menu, making it an optimal place to grab dinner and a spritz while watching the sunset.
“Perched on the seventh floor of our stunning waterfront hotel, our bar offers more than just drinks — it delivers an experience,” says Anthony Hughes, General Manager of Food and Beverage at Hiatus Hotel. “With sweeping, panoramic views of the coast, every visit feels like a getaway. The space is infused with natural light and styled in modern Art Deco elegance, creating a chic, welcoming atmosphere that effortlessly blends sophistication with coastal charm.”
Their food and drink menu is inspired by “the vibrant flavors of Floribbean cuisine, a unique fusion of Florida’s tropical essence and Caribbean flair,” which translates into handcrafted cocktails bursting with fresh citrus and island spices, alongside dishes that celebrate local ingredients and coastal favorites.
“Every detail is designed to reflect the laid-back luxury of life by the water.”
Current Hotel

Located on the edge of Tampa Bay, the Current Hotel is a destination for those who like their drinks served with a side of panorama. Casa Cami, the rooftop bar, offers some of the best sunset views in the city — and the spritzes here are just as elevated. Those sweeping views of the bay complement an equally impressive tequila-focused cocktail menu. The Le Moné Spritz is a star here — its bright lemony base makes for the ideal drink to toast the Tampa skyline. Refreshing but never overpowering, it’s become the signature sundowner for both locals and out-of-towners visiting Tampa.
Current Hotel’s Director of Food and Beverage, David Bradford, notes this stunning venue is “where serene water views and exquisite cocktails create unforgettable moments.”
On Swann

On Swann earns a place on this list for its quintessential South Tampa charm and refined cocktail program. Tucked in the heart of Hyde Park Village, this stylish spot offers a quintessential blend of elegance and energy. Their spritz menu plays with seasonal ingredients, and the bartenders aren’t afraid to go off-script. Think apricot, rosemary, yuzu, or even a splash of local kombucha. It’s a great spot for a pre-dinner drink.
Alan Chan, Bar Manager at On Swann, notes that their beverage program features “the best cocktails possible with fresh citrus, fresh ingredients, and classic techniques.”
He’s quick to highlight a favorite drink on the menu: “The Passionfruit Spritz is a brunch staple at On Swann. It’s a refreshing, bright, and citrusy spritz. The base is a passionfruit puree from Re’al — we then add fresh-squeezed orange, grapefruit, lemon, and lime juice to the batch. For the spritz, we use 1.5 ounces of the passionfruit batch, add a splash of club soda and top it off with a blanc de blancs from France.”
Gabriella’s Bistro
Located inside the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel, Gabriella’s Bistro offers a refined yet relaxed setting with a Mediterranean twist. Their cocktail program includes refreshing options for happy hour, including a seasonal spritz that pairs beautifully with small plates and warm Florida evenings. Whether it’s a citrus-forward creation or a sparkling classic, Gabriella’s delivers a stylish sip just steps from high-end shopping and nightlife.
Matthew Sinclair, Renaissance Tampa’s Food & Beverage Manager, highlights their Limoncello Spritz as his favorite option on the summer menu: “This refreshing seasonal cocktail features house-made limoncello, crafted from sun-ripened lemons, capturing the bright flavors of the season.” Sinclair notes it’s the perfect drink to enjoy “after a day of shopping at the nearby International Plaza Mall,” and recommends enjoying it at a table next to the La Fuente courtyard fountain.
“Each sip is a celebration of summer sunshine and Italian tradition, perfect for relaxing in style,” he says.
SkyBeach SkyBar & Grille

Perched atop SkyBeach Resort in St. Petersburg, the SkyBar & Grille serves up panoramic views of Tampa Bay and the iconic Skyway Bridge. The vibe is relaxed, coastal, and cocktail-ready. Their Skyway Spritzer — a blend of Tito’s Vodka, Aperol, Tipplers Orange Liqueur, Bottlerocket spritz, and club soda — delivers a refreshing taste of the tropics in a glass. It’s the go-to sip for soaking in the sunset from this scenic rooftop perch. For a lighter option, try the Bottlerocket Spritz on its own, made with rosé, botanicals, and blood orange.
These Tampa hotspots all provide a unique spritz menu, so if you’re looking for something beyond the classics, you can’t go wrong visiting any of the above locations. And some of them even feature a little extra sunshine with the new Le Moné spritz — a thirst-quenching option after a busy day exploring all the beauty and adventure Tampa has to offer.
