I know we’ve all heard of meditating, but whatchu know about Medi-Tasting?! 🧘🏾‍♀️🥂❤️ Luckily, I’ve been getting into my meditation bag for the last several weeks, so opening a bottle of @champagnehenriot’s Blanc de Blancs and practicing mindfulness while tasting it was a breeze. With all the wine I’m tasting these days, it was nice to pause, use all five senses – see, smell, hear, touch and taste – and experience all of the different dimensions of this yummy champagne. What are y’all sipping on this beautiful summer day? I hope it’s something that makes you feel delightful. Cheers!
