Discovering the Six Faces of Sauvignon Blanc

The first of the three-part tasting series, this session will highlight Sauvignon Blanc wines from the following six sub-regions of Chile: Limari Valley, Leyda, Casablanca, Colchagua, Cachapoal, and Maipo Valley. With a topography favorable for viticulture, this tasting will explore Chile’s terroir and the variety of tastes it brings to Sauvignon Blanc.
