From Walsh Whiskey, arrives this blend of single pot still and single malt whiskeys, which are aged in bourbon and Cognac casks. Both of those vessels play a large role in its final profile, with dried fruit and spiced aromas recalling the latter, and sweet tropical fruit notes and a toasty finish coming from the former. Bottled at 46 percent ABV, this is a well-balanced sipper.
