Waterloo No. 9 Gin Review
Delivering the essence of Texas Hill Country, this New Western gin is made with an unusual botanical bill that includes lavender, grapefruit, lemon, and pecans. The combination works wonderfully — wafts of lavender define each sniff and sip, weaving nicely in among the citrus and earthy notes. The 47 percent ABV content boosts the concentration of flavors and adds energy to the palate.
