Val De Cune 'VAL' Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG NV Review
This Prosecco has a bit of a surprise at the end. There is a nice mineral-driven nose with a dusting of sugary sweetness. The undeniable classic characteristic of fresh pears comes to the fore, carried by vibrant and persistent bubbles. The palate shows a nice balance of candied fruit and bubbles. And underneath, on the finish. is a nice hit of baking spices. A great bubbly to sip on its own, sans OJ.
