Umberto Bortolotti Dry Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG NV Review
Lean and focused with good medium fruit, this is a great representation of the wines of Valdobbianene. The nose is chalk and pear, carrying a hint of jasmine while the palate is very refreshing with lazy bubbles bouncing around medium depth and good minerality. This is a great wine.
