Uinta Clear Daze Juicy IPA Review
Amber-gold with aromas of peach and melon, this newcomer from Uinta is decidedly juicy, buy not hazy. The body and flavor are less enticing than the aroma, with bitter, coppery notes distracting from the fruity start. Overall, it's slightly out of balance but still enjoyable. A beer better suited to drink with food instead of on its own. Pizza, perhaps?
