Two Shepherds 'Wiley' Carbonic Carignan 2022 Review
Though Carignan typically produces a full-bodied wine, this example from Two Shepherds is made with carbonic maceration, which brings out the grape's light and fruit-forward side. This bottle opens up with prominent notes of cinnamon, rhubarb, and raspberries and the palate offers the quintessential juiciness of a carbonic wine.
