Tommasi Valpolicella 2017 Review

If you haven't given Valpolicella a try, start here. This is a great example of how simplicity can yield awesomeness. Bright cherry fruit dances with a touch of vanilla from very little oak exposure and a hint of black pepper. This wine sees mostly stainless steel during fermentation and it comes through in spades with a juicy, round, and tangy mouthfeel that will match anything you bring to a picnic. Enjoy! This won’t be the last bottle you buy of this wine, for sure.
