Tod & Vixen’s Dry Gin 1651 Review
A splash of orange peel mixes with a spray of brine on the nose of this craft American gin. The palate blends fresh rosemary with fiery arugula, and serves a versatile, balanced base for cocktails. This gin is delicate, though, meaning it's much more suited to spirit-forward drinks rather than highballs.
