Tiamo Prosecco Organic NV Review
This is a fun brunch or lunch Prosecco. It smells like green apples and grapefruit peel, with a little bit of that pithy bitterness. As the bubbles calm, the wine starts warming a little in the glass. This wine with a simple goat cheese salad, and maybe some sweet roasted sweet potatoes, would be great.
