Through the Grapevine Trijol Single Cask 2003 Review

What we have here is a pure celebration of fruit, with oak taking a backseat but playing its role masterfully. Muscat and Concord grape juice drive the nose, complemented by wisps of baked apple and cinnamon. These complexities carry over seamlessly on to the palate only to further develop and evolve on the finish. It may be a bold statement, but we believe that this is one of the finest Cognacs available in the U.S. right now.
