The Storm Cellar Sauvignon Blanc 2025 Review
Sommeliers Steve Steese and Jayme Henderson decided to leave the dining room to become winemakers in 2017. Did they go to a legacy region like Burgundy, Bordeaux, or even California? No. They set up shop in Colorado. And since then, they have proven that delicious wine can be made there. This unique expression of Sauvignon Blanc delivers notes of guava, juicy apricots, and apples with a distinct minerality. Colorado for the win.
