Teeling Single Pot Still Review
Teeling’s Single Pot Still contains a higher-than-average 50 percent unmalted barley in its mash bill. The influence of unmalted grains — a calling card for Ireland's signature style — is evident from the get-go. Dazzling aromas of banana chips, green tea, and dried apricots rise out of the glass. Each sip coats the palate with a generous, weighty mouthfeel, delivering malty cereal notes and juicy raisins. This is a really well-rounded single pot still whiskey that exudes character.
