Tarpon Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 Review
Tarpon Cellars is a new idea that keeps sustainability and the future of wine top-of-mind. Owners Jeremy Carter and Parrish Owens go beyond winemaking, channeling proceeds from their sales to philanthropic organizations — but they also make great wine. This Cab is so unique with prominent leathery, savory notes. It’s wonderful on the palate with bright red fruit and present yet integrated tannins. A very enjoyable and approachable Napa Cab.
