Matthews Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Review
The Otis family rescued the Matthews winery in 2008 after it had fallen on hard times. They brought on three skilled and experienced winemakers, empowering them to make some of the most expressive wines in the state. This Columbia Valley Cab has hints of mocha and dark fruit on the nose. The palate is deep and very balanced with soft tannins, juicy fruit, and quenching acidity.
