Susana Balbo 'Signature' Malbec 2016 Review
Aging and coming along just fine. Smells earthy and tart, with some blackberry and fresh soil coming at ya. The palate has that tart vibe, with an added whisper of mocha. Great wine for a lean steak slathered in Chimichurri.
