Sullivan Vineyards Coeur de Vigne Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Review
Earthy, deep, and well-structured. The core of the fruit is concentrated beneath still-softening tannins. It smells like an autumn forest and dark, brambly fruits. This wine is still aging. It’s drinking well now, but in a year or two, this wine will truly shine.
