Stony Hill Vineyard White Riesling 2017 Review

Soft and earthy with crunchy notes of stone fruits (peaches, apricots etc) and rolled oats under a layer of heady petroleum (not a bad thing). The palate is deep, with good low to medium acidity giving the wine a slight weight on the palate. It’s a great wine for more focused wine geekery, and maybe a serious dinner party with some spice and heat on the menu.
