Stellum Rye
Review
While the bottle and label design for this release are decidedly minimalist, the whiskey inside simply brims with character. Stellum composes the blend from a mix of high-rye whiskey from Indiana, and barley-forward rye whiskeys from Kentucky and Tennessee. Arriving at a cask strength 59.12-percent ABV, the alcohol amplifies its complex notes of dill, caraway, and caramel, but barely registers on the palate.
