Springdale/Jack's Abby Co-pilot Snow Eagle IPA
Review
The first in Springdale/Jack’s Abby's Co-pilot series, Snow Eagle is now in its fourth batch. It's bright yellow and cloudy, has tropical fruit aromas of mango and pineapple, and is light- to medium-bodied. It's bitter up front, with spicy hop character trickling to the edges of the tongue. Were it not so bitter, this could be a strong session IPA.
