Sokol Blosser 'E - Evolution' Chardonnay 2018 Review
This wine has serious acidity. It’s grippy AF, crazy refreshing, and straight up made for food. It even says on the label, “Let’s Eat.” It’s a very mineral driven wine, with tart fruit, like a fresh cut green apple. At this price you could be a BYOB hero for a spicy menu, or a damn superstar bringing this out with a bucket of spicy fried chicken. It’ll cut through all that noise, calm the heat, and jive with the fatty fried.
