Smoky Rose Cellars Stainless Steel Chardonnay 2020 Review
Smoky Rose has an awesome story. A military family fell in love with wine and turned their skills into a winery located in the Walla Walla Valley AVA of Washington State. It’s good they did! This Chardonnay is focused. It has a sharp-angled nose with some tart fruit (citrus?) aromas and a sherry-like vibe. The palate is lean and crisp with minimal fruit but it's all about the minerality with this wine. It is very refreshing. Good stuff.
