Review
This release matures in three different types of oak before bottling: new oak, former Tennessee and bourbon whiskey barrels, and sherry casks. The notable wood influence is apparent throughout but still manages to not overpower. The nose starts with sweet baking spice aromas, which are kept in check by fresh fruit notes. The palate is bold and full-bodied, with charred spice notes and a chocolatey finish.
