Sixteen 600 Enrico Valentine 2023 Review
Phil Coturri was farming organically and biodynamically before it was cool, or at least since 1979. The Sixteen 600 winery is a Coturri family project started in 2007 to continue this amazing legacy, making small-batch, single-vineyard wines from organic sites across Sonoma. This wine blends Zinfandel with a splash of Grenache and Petite Sirah, creating a rich, juicy wine with pops of freshness. There’s clove, cracked black pepper, wild berry jam, and a touch of cinnamon on the nose. It has a soft, rich mouthfeel with an easy tannic frame, letting the fruit and acidity shine.
