Siete Misterios Espadín Tepeztate Ensamble Review
This blend of Espadín and the rarer Tepeztate variety was distilled in copper pots. Ideal for summer sipping, it offers a clean, mineral-rich nose and has a lithe texture on the palate. A solid fruity core is elevated by seasonings of herbs, flowers, and citrus, with a faint whiff of smoke running from start to finish. Though on the pricier side, this ensamble shines in cocktails, should you wish to elevate your next mixed mezcal drink.
