This Zweigelt (or Rotberger) showcases the deep, rich side of this variety. It has enticing aromas of ripe cherries, seasoned and cured meats, fennel, and bay leaf on the nose. The palate is deep and weighty with excellent acidity and absolute balance. This is a powerful Zweigelt that can stand up to sturdier meals.
