Santo Puro Mezquila
Review
While not technically a mezcal, the enjoyable smoky character of this hybrid leads us to class it as such, rather than tequila. Perfect to recreate split-base Margaritas using just one bottle of liquor, this has peculiar aromas that aren't fully representative of either agave spirit. Still, that barely matters when mixed in cocktails and that is where this bottle truly shines. Start with Margs.
