Saison Rum Triple Cask 5 Years Barbados Review
After aging for three years in its homeland, this Barbados rum crosses the Atlantic for an additional two years of maturation in France. Rich notes of baking spice, vanilla, and licorice exude from its core, while bright tropical fruit interweaves throughout. Given the spirit's relatively modest age, the palate is surprisingly robust and persisting.
