Robert Biale Vineyards Black Chicken Zinfandel 2018 Review
This is a great example of how American Zinfandel can shine on the fuller side. It has a nice depth with good acidity, keeping the wine balanced. It smells like ripe blackberries and subtle oak. It’s a great wine for grilling up lean meat, like a lamb burger topped with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
