Rhum Clément Cuvée Homère Review
Combining 7-15 year old bourbon-barrel-aged cane rums, this premium bottling presents a truly refined spirit. Raisins meet tropical fruit on the nose, accompanied by an unmistakeable oak influence. The palate proves drier and more savory than the aromas lead to expect, offering a refreshing departure from the many sweet, often cloying aged sipping rums.
